DRIVING ANXIETY RECOVERY WORKSHOP & BOOK

 Presented By:  Challenger Rehab On Wheels Inc., in partnership with Conestoga College of Applied Arts & Technology,
and Ryerson University

 This is a two day workshop aimed to help people suffering with Driving Anxiety.  This workshop has been created by leading field professionals to help people suffering with Driving Anxiety, and is aimed as a coming together of people suffering with the same anxieties that require help and recovery.  We look forward to helping each and every one of you. 

This workshop is offered to help people: 

  • Who are having trouble driving, being a passenger, or just being in the car after being in a crash
  • Who are nervous, or just don't feel comfortable being in the car
  • Who need some help behind the wheel (even if you don't have a specific cause of your anxiety!)
  • Who are nervous driving on highways, expressways, 400 series
  • Who have a fear of driving over bridges, near water, etc.
  • Who are suffering with post-crash Driving Anxiety and live to far to participate in our regular one-on-one in-vehicle recovery program.
  • Who don't have access to a regular one-on-one in-vehicle recovery program.
  • Who are suffering, but don't have a defined cause; just don't like driving!
  • Who are struggling with some Driving Anxiety, but aren't ready for, or don't need to participate in, a full one-on-one recovery program.
  • Who are nervous passengers.
  • Who just need a little bit of help getting back behind the wheel.
  • Who are ready to take control of their recovery.
